Hello,
I have two customers, one with EV 8.0.1 and one with EV 11.0.1.
At both custoers the Journal Archiving task is chugging along but in both cases there are thousands of times that are not being cleared from the journal mailbox.
I have run a trace and want to know what to look for for items that are failing to be archived. What strings can I search for in the log file?

You could create new Exchange mailbox to put new journal items to. Target that via EV but leave the existing targeted. Once it is emptyed out and all that remains is problematic messages it will be easier to trouble shoot.

You can use the docmessageclass app to reset the emails that are stuck.
