EV OWA not functioning

Hi All,

Exchange 2010 and EV 10, 2 CAS Servers and 4 MBX. I have installed the EV OWA extensions on both the CAS Servers. And ran owausers.wsf script in order to create EvAnon directory on vault server. Everything went fine.

But when I logged into OWA from one CAS server I cant access EV functions, where other work just fine. Searched online KB, enabled logging for extensions in web config file. I accessed owa again and checked the log folder for any logs created, but there are none.

Any idea?

Sounds like the EV extensions aren't being invoked at all on that CAS.

Does the web.config contain an entry for the Symantec OWA module?

Worth trying reinstall owa extensions and reboot the server once.
