I support Enterprise Vault for a large organization.
One user has logged an incident stating that EV (10.0.4) is clearing the Outlook (2007) color categories on emails when they get archived.
Is this the normal functionality or is there any way to get EV to save the categories placed on an email.

Categories only work for archived items in the primary mailbox.
User now tells me that the issue was with a secondary mailbox.
Created additional Outlook profile that now loads the (previous) secondary mailbox
All ok now
