EV for Domno - some messages can't journal

Morning all,

Our EV version is 2007(7.5 SP4) and Domino Server version is 7.0.2 on Linux.

The event ID is 40966

And the error message is-->

A program fault has raised an exception.

My problem is some messages can't journal by EV, anyone can help, thank's.

You should definitely contact support regarding your 40966 errors (especially if you are using a DBCS language). They can come from several different sources / ways, and there may be a HF (HotFix) regarding them for you. Support will probably ask you for a Dtrace and logs of your archiving process, so it would be prudent to gather those up in advance.

If you get stuck, please ask them to escalate to their regional Support Centre on this error code.
