EV on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (x64)

Hi,

According to the EV Compatibility Charts dated March 2011, support for EV8 and EV9 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 is "Pending."  Does anyone know if/when Symantec will begin to support this OS level?  Is anyone currently running EV8 or EV9 on it?

When a version of Enterprise Vault that supports that platform is available, it will be in the release notes. Until then, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 is not supported, although it may work. There is no ETA for support at this time.

I've installed 9.01, then upgraded to 9.02 on 2008r2sp1 a few weeks ago, works fine.

I have installed EV 9 n Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from scratch and i facing those issues below.

can anyone help to solve it please

1. Automatically login after first logon (after entering  vault url  directly opening file explorer with who logged previously  )
2. docx is show as unknown format.
3. http redirection for vault file explorer
