Well I've been fighting some issues with EV for a few weeks. We are a recent install and trying to get this squared away in our department first.
Tonight I finally narrowed down where my problem is.
Our EV is SP2
My client Version is 7.5.10054
We're running Exchange 2003 of course.
I do not have Exchange tools installed on my machine
My machine is XP SP2.
My Office is 2003 SP3
If I turn on connect to Exchange via the Internet (RPC via HTTP) I lose my option in TOOL for the Enterprise Vault.
Anyone have any ideas? This is a huge issue for our laptop users.
