EV8: Journal task is running but doesn't vault the journal mailbox

Hello:

Our Exchange Journal task is running but the task doesn't vault the journal mailbox.
if I restarted the task, the journal task can be worked and archived the journal mailbox.
it is workable for a few day(1 or 2 or more) and it don't work again.

How can I solve the problem?
Anybody help me!!

1: What is occurring in the event logs at the time it stops archiving?

2: Does it always appear to happen at the same time?

3: Can you capture a dtrace of journal task when nothing is being archived and post this.

1. I can't found any event at the time.
2. is random.

1. Are the items in the Journal mailbox in a pending state? What is the version of Enterprise Vault ? Are you archiving Exchange 2003 or 2007?

Our EV version is 8.0 with Exchange 2003 and the task is starting.
