I'm trying to get my head around using centera with EV. (new to centera, not to EV)
I have an issue now, where a user cannot retrieve an older email. According to investigation, the cabfile the mail is in according to ev is in storage3\05-09\
We found that the cabfile actually sits in storage2\05-09\
Obviously, the client gives 'file not found' and the ev-server shows an error stating ' cabfile not found'
Can I try to fix this using EVSVR, or might there be something else happening? The storage is on centera. It happens only for this one user. I tried to determine if perhaps the mailbox has been moved around, or the archive, but neither seems to have happened.
I understand copying the cabfile from storage2 to storage3 should get us a little further, but that is fixing short-term. I need to be sure that ev references to the cab/dvs files are correct.
