Please be informed that our environment is we have email archiving (running EV 12.3) server archive MS exchange mailbox. Most our user is using MS Outlook 2016, and the VV will show in their Outlook to check the archive emails. The archive rule as below:
1. auto archive: the email which older than 30 day will be archive and show in VV in MS Outlook.
2. Manual archive: user can move the email to the VV in MS Outlook .
Our question is that if we deploy email archive for Max OS user (most of them using Mac book pro). Can they show the VV in Outlook same as Windows users?
