Enterprise Vault 8.2 - Storage Service stops with Event ID 6222

Hello all,

I'm installing enterprise vault 8.2 sp2 as a test and have a problem. The vault storage service starts and then with a few seconds stops, with event ID 6222, When I turn dtrace on and monitor item  83, storage managment,  I see the service start and then stop, with only the message event ID 6222. I've run the deployment scanner and it comes back clean, with no warnings. I'm not sure where to go next, any help would be appreciated.

What is the storage, NTFS, Centera ? what is the available capapctiy for each partition ?

What do you see when you dtrace storageserver, storageonlineopns ? what process is listed against the 6222 ?

Can the VSA write and read to the partitions ? just create a test file and check.

Is AV scanning your vault store partitions ? do any other services stop ?

Can you post the actual event?  are there any other events around it?

right click Vault site name and click set backup mode. and take a backup.

after complete the backup clear the backup mode.

then restart the service. it will work.
