Enterprise Vault 9 Outlook 2010 with SSL Enabled

I have configured SSL on my EV site along with the certificate on IIS. Some users have been complaining about typing in there credentials when they open outlook (the EV server is prompting them for credentials) then when the select the search tab for EV it's ask for credentials again. Is there any way to prevent the user's from having to type there credentials in as much?

are you absolutely sure the links are going to http and not https? have you gone to their work stations and tried opening up Internet Explorer and browsing manually to http://evserver/EnterpriseVault/Search.asp? The fact that it keeps prompting makes it sound like its not rejecting the password, so i dont think you're facing an issue regarding the site being listed in the Intranet Zone or Trusted Sites list Just as a matter of interest, do you use proxy servers and configured through IE? Also is Outlook in Outlook Anywhere mode?
