in a nutshell,
1. full backup of your entire system
2. build your new 2012 server and install all the EV pre-reqs
3. run deployment scanner on your new 2012 server to validate
4. follow this article to move EV to a new server http://www.veritas.com/docs/000081331
5. upgrade EV 10 on your new 2012 server to EV 11 (in-place)
if your 2008 server meets the requirements for EV 11 then you could in-place upgrade EV first and then follow the technote.
fwiw, someone on this board said they did an in-place upgrade from 2008 to 2012 but that wouldn't be my choice.

Dear Andrew thank you for your response.
I am following the process to first move the EV to new server and then upgrading EV to Version 11.0.1 in the new server.
Thanks for your help.
