Enterprise Vault Restoration Issue

Hi,

Im currently having a problem with the Enterprise Vault in which I complete a search in the WebUI, create the basket - I attempt to restore the basket and I get a restoration status of:  "Restoration currently not available"

Does anyone have an idea why this occurs?  Any help would be massively appreciated. 

I do notice that it stops one of the vault services. This is the task controller service.

Could you get a DTrace of TaskController, w3wp, StorageRestore and RetrievalTask? My first guess was that storage was in read only mode with EnableRestore set to 0 but with the task controller shutting down I've no idea There must be some events in the event viewer correct??
