A user gets the above error error when opening an item in the VV. When I put him on a different pc, he does not get the error. The issue pc is Windows 7 and the working pc is Vista. Both are Outlook 2007.
How should I proceed?
Thanks

Is this a newly enabled user? Has it ever worked?
Is the Vista pc set up to use VV?
Someone had a similiar issue on another thread that was resolved with a partial reset of vault cache, have you tried resetting vault cache?

You could grab a client trace with the issue occuring and post that here for us to look at.

Rob, he said after a full reset all is well. I take that to mean it is now working.
