Enterprise Vault reporting - how to ?

Hi,

I am in need of help, on how to configure Enterprise Vault reporting.

This is the current setup.

One Enterprise Vault server.

- EV 8.0 installed

- Microsoft SQL Reporting Services installed.

-Enterprise Vault Reporting installed

- Enterprise Vault Operation Manager installed

-One SQL Server.

I have read all the documentation for EV Reporting, but i cant find anywhere on how to configure the Microsoft reporting Services that is installed on the EV server.

Should i configure the SQL reporting services to connect to the sql server,and if so.. how ?

How should i configure the Reporting configuration utilty ?

I dont get it.

I have never set up SQL reporting services, so i am pretty lost here.

The following document is an excellent step-by-step on configuring MS Reporting Services.

The configuarion tool is installed as a component of SQL Server Reporting Services and is located under Microsoft SQL Server 2005\Configuration Tools\Reporting Services Configuration in the Start Menu.

You must successfully configure the MS Reporting Services, before you can run the configuration tool for the EV Reporting Tools.  Steps to configure EV Reporting Tools on page 143 of the Installing and Configuring Manual in your documents folder.
