Enterprise vault 7.5 to 8, owa problem

Hi,
I perform the update 7.5 to 8SP3 with succes.
But I have one issu that I don't understand.

On my client outlook, all work's fine. Archive, virtual vault etc etc.

But,

On the Outlook Web acces (OWA), When I lauch a manual archive, there is a pop up say to me :

(sorry it's in french, so I try to translate)
Archive in
Center of backup : Blank choice
Statue : No center of backup available.
Retention
Name : blank choice
Description : none
Time of retention : none
Parameter
Delete origine item after the archive
Create a shortcut

OK - Cancel - Help

I dont understand why the OWA dont show me my center of backup and why on the client outlook all work's fine.
I think there is a missing on my configuration but where ?
Before the migration to 8SP3, Outlook and OWA work fine together.

Thanks, until the step 7, seems all ok.
The last test will be to do the Scenario 7 .

I delete the EvaNon on the iis of the EV server.
I re create it with using the owauser.wsf
All fine.
But unfortunatly, the same issu on the Owa.

Any else idea ?

If could help.
After opening a case to the support of Symantec, we resolved the problem.
In fact, after the update 7.5 to 8, the center of backup witch are new with the EV 8, has an acces denied when we try to connect it with our webmail.

In fact in the iis and Evanon site, + of the Exchange server IP, we put our proxy server IP in acces granted.
As we do that, on the OWA, any action for archiving found at least the center of backup of the correct account.
