Enterprise vault client 10.0.3 with server 9.0.1 shows no archives at all

Hello all,

I'm currently planning upgrading Enterprise vault from version 9.0.1 to version 10.0.3 as part of this I'm testing first the client on our production machines.

I've just installed the client and I get no connection to the vault server on any client tested.

 

Server is 

9.0.1

with hotfix

when I run it on a my test machines after install I see the following

on all test machines. Makes me reluctant to update the server. I can't seem to find anything of note in the system event logs at all, no errors during install time either.

So to clarify ...

 

This is 9.0.1 Server with an Outlook 2010 EV 10.0.3 client?

Was it a clean/fresh install of Outlook/Office?  Was there a previous version of the Outlook Add-in installed, if so what version, and was it DCOM or HTTP?

Is this still an issue?  Do you have a client trace log file we can review?
