Hi,
I have recently setup an Exchange 2010 Coex environment and moved some mailboxes from exchange database 2003 to 2010.
Enterprise vault 9 SP1 is installed.
Enterprise vault is generating event ID 3357 for the mailboxes which are moved to exchange 2010.
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Enterprise Vault
Event Category: Archive Task
Event ID: 3357
Date: 8/5/2011
Time: 12:00:10 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DBAHSV58
Description:
This mailbox cannot be processed until the Exchange provisioning task has processed the corresponding user's details. Ensure that a provisioning group includes this user and run the provisioning task.
To disable these warnings, set the 'HideMissingPolicyInfoErrors' registry value to 1. See the documentation for further details.
What does event ID 3357 mean?
How do I resolve this problem?
I have found some information to disable this warning, but I dont want to do that.
Please advice,
-Darrell

if that doesn't work then in SQL:
1. backup the ExchangeMailboxEntry table
2. clear the ExchangeMailboxEntry table
3. run the provissioning task again
I would also recommend you have SyncInMigrationMode set to 1 on the EV servers if you're going to be migrating mailboxes
