We are seeing these not and then in the event log.

Had 4 of them today.  Migrator was running along nicely before hand then a pst failed with a unknown error and then 4 of these back 2 back.

Looks like our convertersandbox process has had some sort of issue around archivefolder but more information would be needed for further investigation which would demand a support case.

Yes, you have a problem with the archive folder. You can check if the server has still access to this folder, and the disk space is not full...
