Exchange Journaling in EV

Hello,
We are running EV v8.4 for Exchange archiving.  I attempted to setup Journaling in EV with no luck.  The Journal Task keeps stopping on its own.  I noticed that in the Windows event logs that one event message mentioned that we needed a license for Exchange Journaling.  Is this true?  Doug

yes that feature will need to be licensed.

we've always gone through symantec sales but i'm sure you can go through your favorite reseller too

Do you know if the following is the correct license for Exchange Journaling?  We already own Enterprise Vault v8 for Exchange Archiving.

Symantec Enterprise Vault E-Discovery Standard Edition for Microsoft Exchange -
