Exchange Store Reporter - MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED

When running the EV Exchange Store Reporter, I am receiving the following error:  MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED.  Does anyone know the cause of this?

what version of outlook are you running? do you have CDO installed? do you have ESM installed?

please provide decent information when asking a question.  this question is exactly the same as me saying:

"My car broke down" can someone help me get to the problem?

Look in the EVESReporter.chm and make sure you hava all the pre-req's.
