Hi,
Does anyone else have had this kind of problem?
I updated clients EV server from 8 SP1 to 9 SP2 version, and it all seemed to work just fine as I tested it but now I have those users whose archive quota limit is full telling me that the EV has send them hundrets of messages about telling that the quota limit it reached (ArchiveQuotaLimitReached.msg). I checked that the setup for its frequency is still "once a day"...
Why would it send the same message more than once then?
I couldn't find anything like this from the knowledge base...
