FSA Recall error

Guys - We are on EV FSA 10.0.1 and migrating from Celerra to Isilon Storage. When using the "FSAUtility" to copy data of placeholder files from source (Celerra) directly to destination (Isilon), we get the following error -

Value does not fall within the expected range. Info:Could not determine if a placehodler service exists for file server:

INVALID Volume "SOURCE VOLUME"?

We are using the following command -

fsautility -t -s //source -d //destination -l 0

We have verified the following:

1.. We can restore items to the source - Celerra.
2. We can copy the shortcut (from Celerra) to Isilon - It will restore the original files from EV to Isilon - this is a manual drag and drop and not through FSAUtility.
3. Our FSA Agents are running the same version as EV - this has known in the past to cause issue.

4. Placeholder service is running.

Anyone seen this issue?

Can you post a screenshot of the error you're seing?
also what happens if you use FQDN instead of netbios?
oh and are you really using forward slashes (//) instead of backslashes (\\)?
