FSA Stop error

Hi, i hope some one can help.

I have Installed Enterprise Vault 6.0 Sp1 with exchange and FSA archiving, Email archiving is working well, however with File Archiving, when ever an Archive Run on the File Server happens, it puts the File server into stop mode, causing the File server to be rebooted. SP1 was installed on the file server to try sort out the problem but to no avail.

Any sujestions?

Any help would be appreciated.

That's weird...so does the FSA pull files in to itself correctly? Do the placeholders get created? Does the VSA have the proper permissions to the shares?

Do any events get logged in the event log on the server.

What if you do a report mode run of FSA. Does that work?

The Vault Service Account has full permision on the file server and the folder share. No errors appear in the Enterprise Vault app log, other than a in the FSA Report, where it says i't can't gain access to the file server, and Can't gain RPC connection.
