FSA-Unexpected reebot

Hi Guys,

We have a File System cluster Win2003 sp2 with 3 physical nodes and FSA installed EV8.0 SP3. We opened ticket with ms support because active node was "unexpected reebot" without any cause.   The result of dumps failed of "FileScreenFilter" module.
Anyone has been by this problem before?

Regards,
Daniel R.

Hi Daniel,

Just out of interest, are you using HP kit?  We have had an issue in the past with the mangement software on the DL's and the servers kept rebooting...

In fact,  HP Kit is being used on the three physical servers of the cluster. Did you just uninstall the HP tools or were you able to make it work together?

Hi Daniel,

Here's a thread from the HP forums regarding the issues we faced;
