Forms working... Mostly...

We're having an issue with a user where the forms do not work properly when in cached exchange mode, but if you disable cached mode in Outlook they work. I have many other users, including myself, running in cached mode with no problems. Out of 100 or so users, there are less than 10 running in non-cached mode and all but one work correctly.

Any ideas?

We had our best results with cached exchange mode by copying the forms to the personal forms library. Is that something you've done already?

I just did that and it corrected the problem. Is that something that we can do remotely, or is it a case where we have to visit the user?

We have an import forms routine which runs as part of our EV client wininstall. We saved the forms locally using Outlook and packaged them with the routine. I believe our developers used VBScript to complile the exe which does this.
