How to know mailbox size reduction

Hi, I am archiving user mailboxes using EV. To find the size reduction of mailbox, I am checking the mailbox size before and after archive.

I want to know is there any report which shows....

 (0) Amount of space saved for that mailbox because of EV
 (1) Archiving status of mailbox.

There is no such thing, sorry.

What you can do:

See how much data got archived for each Vault
-> http://vaultserver/EnterpriseVault/usage.asp

Run the archiving Task in report mode to see how much data is left in each mailbox to archive according to your policies

Hi,

Look for scripts in Google. There are some available that get all you mailboxes from the server, basically showing what you see in ESM also:
Name, size, items, last login.

If you have small amount of mailboxes/servers, you could do manually in ESM, by opening the mailbox-store, then rightclick and choose export. You can import that into an excel sheet, add a date, do a few times, order on date.

I do an 'average' to see what I am gaining since we recently started archiving deleted items.
