Identify installed servicepack version

Hi.

Can anyone enlighten me on how I can identify the installed servicepack version on EV 7 and 2007 servers? I guess looking at file the version of some executable would do it, or at some table in the SQL, but where should I aim my focus?

Thanks in advance,
/Tobbe

The easiest way to tell is to look in the registry on your EV server in the following location:
HKLM\Software\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Install\
The Version key at this location contains the currently installed version.
For example 7.5-RG1397 means EV 2007 SP1.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Tom.

That sure did the trick. Do you, or anyone else, have a complete list over what number matches to a specific SP? Or can others be kind enough to complete this post with the missing entries? I filled in the number for a RTM installation.

This is how far we've gotten:

EV 2007 RTM = 7.5-RG1250
EV 2007 SP1 = 7.5-RG1397
EV 2007 SP2 = ?

EV 7.0 RTM = ?
EV 7.0 SP1 = ?
EV 7.0 SP2 = ?

Thanks

Thanks guys.

With the input from both of you I guess this should be the up-to-date version of builds:

Build Number

6.0 RTM = 7400
6.0 SP1 = 7637
6.0 SP2 = 7791
6.0 SP3 = 8000
6.0 SP4 = 8502

7.0 RTM = 1394
7.0 SP1 = 2002
7.0 SP2 = 2133

2007 RTM = 7.5-RG1250
2007 SP1 = 7.5-RG1397
2007 SP2 = 7.5-RG1862
