Is there a minimum date for age base archiving?

Hi does anyone know if there is a minimum day setting for age base archiving? I configured the policy to one day along with the Never archive items younger than to one day but when I checked some of the outlook clients nothing was archive. I checked the reports also and it does not show a report for the date. All services are stated and I restarted the task after I did the reconfiguration.

Did you run provisioning and synchronization of the mailboxes?

What version are you running?

Is the task in normal mode, is EV not in backup-mode, what do you see when you do a report run on that task?

Thank you for the replies and my apologies for not replying sooner, apparently I had IPM NOTES unchecked.
