We seem to be having an issue where some mail items with reminder flags set are being archived.
The policy is set to not archive these items with pending reminders. It actually seems to be working for most items, but one particular user who uses this function quite frequently is experiencing some of these items being archived while others are not.
We are running EV 2007 SP2.
Any assistance is appreciated.
