Maintenance plan EV databases

I am starting to do a Maintenance plan in my sql server, some of you who know what the Best Practices is here on the ev server databases
I refer to rebuild index task and shrink database task I'm doing right now only full backup once a week and log backups the rest of the day

I recommend a full backup each day and truncate your log files every 15 minutes

Weekly
Reorganize index
Update Statistics
Shrink Database
Check Database Integrity
