Beside connecting to a user's mailbox (as and administrator) and adding message class to the view, is there any other means to determining what in a users mailbox would be an inelligible message class? Are deleted and\or calendar items calculated within the counts of the inelligible message classes?
Thanks
Paul

Hello,
Ineligible items includes:
The deleled items folder can be included in the mailbox policy but if a specific message class is not selected in the policy, then it will be considered as an ineligible item. I hope this helps.

When Enterprise Vault counts the size of the ineligible items, draft items are included even though these items are selected in the policy. Draft items never change into shortcuts and attachments are not removed. Thus, the draft items are archived, but it will never reduce the space used in the mailbox.
