Hi.
I'm setting up EV in at a company that soon will migrate their mailsolution from Ex 2000 to Ex 2007. However, when I read the install and configure guide it states that solutions that have more than 1 virtual server on the mail server needs special treatment:
"If you have more than one virtual HTTP server on the front-end or back-end OWA server, for example to support connections from multiple domains, you must perform additional configuration steps to enable access to Enterprise Vault archives."
To enhance the situation the exchange related virtual directories on the separate VS server are not named "Exchange" and "Public". Not sure if this is an issue or not.
I've contacted the support regarding this, since that is the recommendation in the documentation, but they could not find any info on the issue upfront. However, they are still working on it.
Anyone that could shed some light on my situation?
Environment consists of two Exchange 2000 BE servers. No FE's
