OWA Icons Missing

I have setup a customers ev 8 sp4 on exchange 2003 The backend owa shows no icon when logged in as an enabled user The install logs have no errors and say installed successfully Help please

first thing i would do is enable the logging via the web.config and see what it says. then you can follow the relevant troubleshooting steps for your situation.

Many thanks for the link. I have done this and found that the error in the log is as follows [OWAPage::OnLoad] Exception caught: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070426): The service has not been started. The customer has 2 backend servers and 1 front end. The front end and 1 back end have given me no problems. The other back end shows this exception regardless of which user is login in. It looks to me like a dcom error but I am not sure

perhaps one of the pertinent services isn't started? can you compare the two back end servers?
