OWA attachment issue, vault v5.sp3

Good morning,

We are currently running Enterprise Vault 5.0 SP3 for Exchange 2003 in a FE/BE configuration.

We have been experiencing difficuly retreiving OWA vaulted attachments. We can retrieve the message via OWA but the attachment does not display.

The OWA extentions have been installed, but this does not work. Symantec said it could be an issue with the anonymous account. but I am unsure how to check this.

Any help or advise would be greatly apprecaitated.

Do you get the same behavior when you connect directly to the BE this will cutout everything forward of that if you do.
What is the error that you receive?
Have you checked the IIS logs on the vault server and the BE server to see where the error is being generated?
