Outlook Preview Pane

I noticed that in my Outlook 2003 client, archived items have attachments that are just hyperlinks, and don't look like the original message. When I double click on the message and it opens up in a new window it looks fine. I know I have fixed this before, but can't rememeber how? Thanks in advance for your help.

Check the shortcut policy tab under the default exchange archive policy. You prolly have the radial button for attachments as "links" there. You might want to try the other options to see if it gives you a better presentation.
