I recently moved from a single Exchange 2007 server running mailbox, Client Access & Hub Transport role to a multiple Exchange servers environment.
I now have:
1 Exchange 2007 RTM (Mailbox, CA, HT)
2 X Exchange 2007 SP1 (CA,HT on NLB)
2 X Exchange 2007 SP1 (Mailbox CCR)
I have added constrained delegation following KB http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/300407.htm. My users on the CCR mailbox now can use archival on Outlook Web Access with no issues. However, my users on the RTM mailbox servers cannot see the Enterprise Vault buttons when using Outlook Web Access. I am unable to add delegation for the existing mailbox server as it is in a different AD domain but same AD forest.
Any advice how I can allow users mailboxes on existing servers to use archived via OWA.
