Owa problems at enterprise vault 9.0

See the picture that attached,

 i connected to owa from internet. 

When i double click to red area , i can display whole mail  (orginal)  and i can get attachments, but when i click the blue area 'view the orginal item'

ii cannot display it. although when i click Archive explorer and Search archives the problem is same , I cannot display it.

 And also,

I want to asking to you;

when my mouse on the blue area, that appears address tab green area.

Can i change the green area hyperlink address  , from EV.

In order to use the banner hyperlink, archive explorer and search archives, you will need to allow connections to your EV server from outside your network.  This means you have to publish a host record for your EV server (the alias) in your public DNS forward lookup zone that resolves to a public IP address, and create firewall rules to direct that traffic to your internal EV servers.

If you use an ISA server, you can proxy these web sites; in the setup guide, there are instructions for that.

If you have an ISA server, you can use Link Translation, for this and also published your /EnterpriseVault/ directory (to allow access for Archive Explorer and Search through OWA) then check this article out
