Hi,
We have Enterprise Vault 9.0.4 installed and we have set pending time out Policy for 6 Days.
But still Pending Clock items does not flush from Users Mailbox.
If i need to dtrace the same what should be the option for same.

DTrace ArchiveTask, perform a run now against one user with shortcut processing only and see what happens
What kind of storage do you have?
Do you get alerts that there are items awaiting backup?
Do these items exist on storage already? (i.e. can you see them in Archive Explorer or Search?)
Is your backup set to After Backup or immediately after archive?
Are you checking backup complete by ArchiveBit or a trigger file etc?

I think the main thing is to figure out why they are pending for 6 days or more. How often do you backup your environments, using, of course, the EV-aware methods.

HI Jesus,
1) We have DAS storage.
2) Yes we get alerts but no regularly.
3) Remove Safety Copy after Backup
4) Backup runs on daily basis.
5) Backup Checks Archive Bit.
