Permissions to other vaults

Full permissions are set on mailboxes for people other than the owner on the mailbox properties in ADUC. These permissions automatically inherited to the vault stores, however when these secondary users open their own mailbox and the other users mailbox, they cannot open the other persons archived items without searching. They can't simply double click an archived item in the other persons mailbox. Any ideas?

Steps for Outlook 2003:

1. In Outlook, click on Tools, Options, go to the Other tab, click on the Advanced Options button
2. Select the "allow script in folders" check box
3. Close and re-open outlook .
4. To verify try to access other user's archived items.

Steps for Outlook XP SP3:

1. Locate the following registry key on the client side.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security\SharedFolderScript

2. Set the DWORD value of the registry key "SharedFolderScripton" to 1
