What does PhMigration & MoveArchive feature mean, which are incorporated in EV 9.0 I guess.

Can somebody explain with an example?

Move Archive is described in the Administrators Guide ...  essentially it's the ability to move certain types of archive between EV servers/sites/installations.

Ph Migration? Are you referring to migration of placeholders?  If so it's described in the ReadMeFirst_en.htm file.
