Publishing OWA/EnterpriseVaultProxy over ISA 2004?

Hi all,

We run EV 5 SP6, in a Exchange 2003 SP1 FE/BE configuration. Our FE/OWA is reverse-proxied over an ISA 2004 server, to make it available from the internet. SSL is terminated on the ISA.

Results:
when accessing OWA/EnterpriseVaultProxy internally, retrieving archived content (incl. attachments) works perfect.

However, when accessing OWA externally, over ISA, you can open archived mail items --> but when attempting to perform Open or Save as... operations on archived attachments, it does not show the actual attachment file name (e.g. Document.xls) but some coded link in the form of ...682&Format=WEB&AttachmentID=2

This kind of link cannot be resolved/opened by Internet Explorer - the archived attachments cannot be retrieved.

I'm sure it must be related to the ISA publishing of OWA/EVProxy - can somebody please help?

Have you added \enterprisevault to the destination sets?

I find this Tutorial extremely helpful.
