Did you mean:

Read / Unread stub is "not obvious" (as icon dosn't change)

Read / Unread mail within Outlook is immediatley recognisable by the icon:
- a yellow closed envelope icon
- a grey open envelope icon

However - the icon to a vaulted item remain the same (albeit the item appears in bold)

Do you plan to change this to make it more like the "native" icon behaviour? (and therefore more obvious to users?)

What about having an "Unread mail" folder for the users in their favourites? I quite like the fact the the icon doesnt change from read to unread in Exchange for vaulted items.

Well unread mail still gets shown in the unread search folders, it's still very obvious due to the message title being bold, plus you do have options on the policy not archive unread items (they can still manually archive them though! I can't see this as an issue for seasoned outlook users?

IMHO the goal should be to make this as close to the native Outlook experiance as possible

> Agree tt's a fairly trivial point, but irrespective of "seasoned" or not (we aim to cater for ALL), anything that can be done to make this as "close to native" as possible is IMHO a good thing.
