Hello community
I've the situation, that Attachements where archived in EV 7.5 SP3. But the user's can not open the Attachements until they made an "recover" manually. Is this an policy setting? What do i have to change that the Attachement is viewable as soon as the mail is opened? And, what stepts do i've to do, that a change (policy?) is made to all users?

This could be forms issue.
Have you deployed the forms locally to the clients?
I'd suggest you change the policy to "Deploy Forms locally" to "Always"

Is this by chance a Citrix environment? I assume you are a referring to viewing items in Outlook?
