    What version of enterprise vault server? What version of outlook web access? What version of EV OWA plugins installed? Has it ever worked and now it's stopped working? Is this external access or internal or does it fail on both? When you archive, does it come up with a dialog asking you which archive to archive the item to, whether to leave a shortcut etc? Are you logged in to your own account or are you logged on to a test mailbox? Ie you log on to windows as DOMAIN\myUser but you log in to LWA using DOMAIN\testUser? Does the Email Icons change at all? To like a pending shortcut then after a send/receive it flips back? Any errors In the event logs on eithe the CAS or EV servers? You may have to get OWA logging and some EV Dtraces

    Find the Web.config file on the CAS, which can typically be found in the directory: \Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\Owa\

    You can set the Folder where the diagnostic Log Files will be generated (Note the trailing slash):

    <add key="EnterpriseVault_LogFolder" value="C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault\OWA 2010\logs\"/>

    Then modify this entry to enable diagnostic logging for the Enterprise Vault OWA Extensions per CAS (default false):

    <add key="EnterpriseVault_LogEnabled" value="true"/>

    Reproduce the issue.

    Unfortunately while I see calls to 2 different savesets, I do not see any restores. I believe a restore through OWA calls download.asp.  Could you check the EV IIS log for any calls to either of these transactions?

    If you find any lines in today's IIS log referring to either of these, could you copy-paste them here?

    Depends on what OS the EV Server is on.

    If you are running Windows 2003 (IIS 6), the IIS logs would be:

    c:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1

    If you are running Windows 2008 (IIS 7), the IIS logs would be:

    c:\inetpub\

    Hope this helps.
