Retreive Shortcuts - Disabled

Hi All,

A few problems with the EV Templates and Lotus Notes.......

On Notes when i click on Actions........About Enterprise Vault........Technical Support.

I notice that the retreive shortcuts option is disabled........ How do i enable this?

Also

When trying to view an archived item and i double open up the email and click on the link "View the original Item" i get the following error message.

Cannot locate form:Memo

Any ideas how i resolve.

This is the setting in the policy, Shortcut Content -> When Shortcut is opened, change this to  "Show Contents" and synchronize if you want to enable this so the user only needs one click to get the original mail.

memo: not sure, are all databases there? EVattach.nsf and so on?

First question answered perfectly........

Regarding the memo form...... I still get this if i preview the item and click on the "View Original Item" link.

But since i changed the policy setting to show contents and i double click a vaulted email i get Object Variable not set.

How do i check all databases are there??

That sould fix both "errors" i think. Delete the db's as described!!

Check db's: depens on the SP/Domino Version you are using.

It's descibed in the Installation Guide.
