SP2 install now issues with MMC

I have a server running windows 2003 std sp2.

Sp2 was just installed recently.

The version of EV is 6.0 sp3

The install of sp2 took place recently.

The issues i am having are linked to my mmc

1. the buttons for enabling users and disabling users are no longer there? how else can i do this process?

2. I get an error message everytime i close the mmc

Is there a version of the mmc that is supported? I currently have mmc 3.0 installed.

There is a Hotfix for 7.0 SP1: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/288800.htm I recommend that you open a case with Symantec and reference the above KB article. They might have a hotfix for Version 6. (Or they will tell you to upgrade... ) Cheers
