Mornin Everybody

I seem to remember that Symantec provide a script/batch job for backing up the SQL databases prior to upgrading.

Anyone know what these are called and where to find them, also there care some backups for registry keys anyone know where I can find these.

Chapter 19 of the EV Admin guide has the information for the registry entries (required for online backups), and a good overview of what needs to occur.
