Search Vault error

Hi,

All user get a following error message when click on Search Vault

"You can not search as you are not subscribed to any vaults."

I'm using EV - 9.0.1  with Exchange 2010 Sp1 and Outlook 2007 Sp2.

Do you have any errors in the EV Event log that have to do with synchronization?

Does manually synch'ing work as expected?

Hi All,

Kindly add your evserver to intranet Zone from your EV desktop policy.

It will resolve your PRB
