Our company purchased this solution and I am making my first attempt at trying to comply with a search request from management.
I want to search for any messages where the Recipient contains a specific domain name.
It does not appear that I can do this.
I cannot use wildcard characters in the field (says they are not allowed).
If I just type the domain name without the @ symbol for the recipient field I get results that don't even appear to be accurate.
I also tried specifiying a specific e-mail address for the Sender field but again received results that did not even match my search string.
The online help was not very helpful....am I missing something?
